You can add it thru pages “Statis pages” in admin panel (see https://prnt.sc/O9_PG9sD019n ). If you need an html/css format type page, you can ask any developers to help you do this.

Hi Please consider sending auto emails when someone recieved a message in chats or mentioning instead of visiting the website to see. -> It’s nice suggestion but it will be a spam. If you have mobile app, the push notification will take care of it. We will consider to see how to implement to avoid spam issue

system will send not a push notification whenever there is a new message from friends (https://prnt.sc/0FyGcpeFqmen ), you can click on the notification to read the new message and response to friends. Is that okay? Or you need chat popup at footer like facebook?
