Do you offer free trial?
We offer a 14 day Free Trial. No credit card required
What happen after free trial?
You need to manually upgrade your trial plan to the official plan. If you don’t upgrade, your trial site will auto delete after 7 days
Can I upgrade/change my plan?
You can change plans anytime, normally, the system will need around 24hrs to do upgrading. No down time or very short down time for when site is upgrading
Does my site backup?
Yes, it will automatically backup daily. The concurrent backups is 2
What will happen if my site expires?
You can’t access it any more but the entire site is safe. We will keep your entire data within 7 days from the expiration date then permanently delete it.
Can I recover my site if it’s permanently deleted?
No, can’t. Please make you renew the site in a timely manner.
Will system automatically charge me at next billing cycle?
Yes, it does. System will send you an invoice and please pay it before the expiration date
